**Résumé et objectifs du poste**

Le responsable des méthodes élabore et rédige les gammes de fabrication conformément aux exigences et spécifications du client et aux normes de l’entreprise. Vous aurez un rôle important à jouer dans la mise en place des différents procédés et la production de la nouvelle usine. Vous serez également responsable de soutenir les opérations de traitement de surface, tout en intégrant les meilleures pratiques pour une amélioration continue.

**Principales responsabilités et résultats attendus**
- Analyser les spécifications et les dessins techniques afin d’élaborer des documents de fabrication et de traitement de surface ;
- Rédiger des techniques de procédés spéciaux ;
- Soumettre les techniques aux clients et assurer le suivi des approbations ;
- S’assurer de la conformité entre les exigences des clients et les exigences soumises pour la fabrication ;
- Mettre à jour les processus, suite à des modifications de spécifications de la part de sous-traitants ou de clients ;
- Fournir un soutien technique à la production et aux clients ;
- Participer aux discussions d’équipe avant la production de nouvelles pièces et procédés ;
- Concevoir les différents outils ;
- Soutenir les qualifications des clients et du NADCAP ;
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la maintenance de la base de données des documents de processus ;
- Analyser et s’assurer avec la production du bon déroulement des étapes de production et intervenir avec des modifications si nécessaire ;
- Collaborer avec les départements d’inspection, d’assurance qualité et de laboratoire afin d’établir et de mettre en œuvre des actions correctives ;
- Chercher des moyens d’améliorer l’efficacité de la productivité procédurale ;
**Qualifications**

**Académique**:
DEC ou diplôme universitaire dans le domaine des matériaux, composites, chimie

**Expérience**:
3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente

(Une expérience dans le domaine des procédés spéciaux et/ou de l’aéronautique est un atout majeur)

**Compétences requises**:

- Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) ;
- Anglais oral technique (lu et écrit) et fonctionnel ;
- Lire et interpréter des dessins 2D, des modèles 3D et des spécifications de fabrication aérospatiale ;
- Esprit d’analyse et sens de l’initiative ;
- Compétences en gestion des priorités et en résolution de problèmes ;
- Bon communicateur ;
- Capacité à fonctionner de manière autonome dans un environnement agité ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
- Connaissance des accréditations NADCAP (un atout) ;
- Une expérience avec les systèmes ERP/MRP (INFOR) sera considérée comme un atout ;

**Summary and Objectives of the Position**

The Methods Officer develops and drafts manufacturing routings in accordance with the customer's requirements and specifications and company standards. You will have an important role to play in the implementation of the various processes and the production of the new plant. You will also be responsible for supporting surface treatment operations, while integrating best practices for continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities and Expected Results**
- Analyze specifications and technical drawings in order to develop manufacturing and surface treatment documents;
- Write special process techniques;
- Submit techniques to clients and follow up on approvals;
- Ensure compliance between customer requirements and requirements submitted for manufacturing;
- Update processes, following specification amendments from subcontractors or customers;
- Provide technical support to production and customers;
- Participate in team discussions prior to the production of new parts and processes;
- Design the various tools;
- Support customer and NADCAP qualifications;
