**Sommaire et Objectifs du Poste**:
L’Agent Méthodes élabore et rédige les gammes de fabrication conformément aux exigences et spécifications du client et aux normes de l’entreprise. Vous aurez un rôle important à jouer dans l’implémentation des différents procédés et la mise en production de la nouvelle usine. Vous serez aussi responsable d’épauler et supporter les opérations de traitement de surface, tout en intégrant les meilleures pratiques d’amélioration continue.

**Principales Responsabilités et Résultats Attendus**:

- Analyser les spécifications et dessins techniques afin d’élaborer les documents de fabrication et de traitement de surface;
- Rédiger les techniques de procédés spéciaux;
- Soumettre les techniques aux clients et suivi des approbations;
- Assurer la conformité entre les exigences client et les requis soumis pour fabrication;
- Mettre à jour les procédés, à la suite des amendements de spécifications provenant des sous-contractants ou clients;
- Offrir le support technique à la production et aux clients;
- Participer aux discussions d’équipe avant la mise en production de nouvelles pièces et nouveaux procédés;
- Faire la conception des différents outillages;
- Supporter les qualifications clients et NADCAP;
- Participer au développement et au maintien de la base de données des documents de procédés;
- Analyser et assurer avec la production le bon déroulement des étapes de production et intervenir avec des modifications s’il y a lieu;
- Collaborer avec les départements d’inspection, d’assurance qualité et le laboratoire pour établir et mettre en place les mesures correctives;
- Chercher des moyens d’améliorer l’efficacité de la productivité des procédures;

**Qualifications**:
Formation académique DEC ou diplôme universitaire dans le domaine des matériaux, composite, chimique Expérience 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente (Expérience dans le milieu des procédés spéciaux et/ou de l’aéronautique un atout majeur)

**Compétences Recherchées**:

- Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit);
- Anglais Technique (lecture et écriture) et fonctionnel oral;
- Lecture et interprétation des dessins en 2D, modèles 3D et des spécifications de fabrication aérospatiales;
- Esprit analytique et sens de l’initiative;
- Gestion des priorités et capacité de résolution de problèmes;
- Bon communicateur; **Capacités de fonctionner de manière autonome dans un milieu mouvementé;**:

- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Connaissances des accréditations NADCAP (un atout);
- Expérience des systèmes ERP/MRP (INFOR) sera considéré comme un atout;
**Conditions de Travail**:

- Milieu aéronautique;
- Poste non-syndiqué;
- Flexibilité requise dans l’horaire de travail lorsque requis (temps supplémentaire);
- Exposition aux produits chimiques;
- Exposition directe et indirecte à la poussière

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$75,643.00 per year

**Education**:
