**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
- Strong command of English both written and oral
- Expert problem-solver. Sort through complex issues and provide solutions
- Customer service background preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Develop and execute priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Detail Oriented
- Encourage open communication by listening attentively and actively
- Ability to project professional telephone voice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
