**We are a full service, dynamic, global audit team that monitors all activities of this immensely active and growing company. We cover such areas as SOX, compliance, information technology, operational and special project audits. We work closely with our Board, management group and external audit firm to effectively monitor and add value to the processes and systems of Bally’s operations.**:
**So, what will you be doing?**:

- Managing a team of IT Seniors and Staff in both domestic and international locations.
- Planning and executing the company’s SOX 404 IT general controls program
- Leading teams in executing audit methodologies and developing key internal audit deliverables
- Completing the annual IT SOX audit plan for Bally’s Casino & Reports and Interactive Gaming segments.
- Reviewing key IT controls based on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program requirements
- Identify internal control deficiencies, inadequate documentation/evidence, and other irregularities.

**And what are we looking for?**:

- Have experience in IT audit, or other relevant areas, required including supervision of IT Audit professionals
- Have experience evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT processes and controls over financial and operational functions
- Possess CISA/CISSP/CPA/CIA & knowledge of internal controls/internal audit concepts
- Experience designing and implementing SOX IT Controls.
- Possess SQL, UNIX, Windows skills, as well as PowerBI, ACL, IDEA, and/or other analytical software skills
- Have experience working with external auditors & being the point of contact for SOX IT related questions
