**Description du poste**:
Ce poste est un poste de vente d’entrée de gamme responsable de la rétention et de la croissance de l’activité de petits colis d’UPS. L'employé effectue des responsabilités principales, y compris les appels de vente pour répondre aux besoins des clients, la vente de produits et services supplémentaires et le suivi des prospects. Ce poste établit des relations avec les principaux décideurs et sert de défenseur des clients. L'employé effectue des recherches sur l’environnement concurrentiel et utilise la connaissance des produits pour générer des solutions qui répondent aux besoins et aux objectifs commerciaux des clients. Ce poste effectue des tâches préalables à l’appel, y compris l’utilisation d’outils de vente automatisés pour effectuer des recherches sur les entreprises des clients et des informations de compte afin d’élaborer des stratégies de vente et de tarification appropriées. L'employé fait des appels à froid sortants pour atteindre les objectifs de ventes mensuels. Ce poste crée des contacts (p. ex., appels à froid, etc.), surveille la conformité contractuelle et répond aux questions des clients.

**Responsabilités**:

- Répond et résout les demandes de renseignements, les plaintes et les problèmes des clients.
- Coordonner les opportunités et les stratégies avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
- Maintenir la connaissance des produits et services UPS afin de développer des solutions de vente appropriées.
- Examine les pratiques d’expédition des clients pour assurer la conformité contractuelle.
- Détermine les remises des clients et rédige de nouveaux contrats.
- Informe les clients sur les canaux de service d’UPS afin d’accélérer la résolution des problèmes.
- Fournit des propositions de valeur convaincantes aux clients potentiels et existants.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience de l’utilisation de produits Microsoft Office ou de logiciels équivalents
- Doit être bilingue
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent international - Préféré
- Expérience de vente UPS et/ou interentreprises ou interentreprises - Préféré
- Lieu de travail: à distance

**Salair**: 22.08$/h
