The **Inside Sales Representative** will support the growth and development of the Samuel Packaging Systems Group. This position will play a pivotal role in developing new and existing business to support the achievement of the Company’s annual sales goals. The Inside Sales Representative is to provide support to new and existing clients and increase company sales through the following venues:

- Develop relationships with inactive accounts to reactivate.
- Contact and maintain all communications with customers in the assigned territory.
- Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting and referrals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and grow the sales for an assigned territory working from the Samuel office in Lachine QC.
- Gather competitive and market intel from the field for Commercial Development and Sales Management to guide market strategy.
- Prepare and issue documentation related to quotes, orders and call reports
- Enter customer orders into the Samuel ERP system.
- Support and follow up on product knowledge, literature or technical support requests for recovered and existing customers
- Adhere to pricing guidelines, co-managed with regional and sales manager
- Qualify current customers for new business opportunities
- Identify at-risk businesses and report findings to sales reps or management
- Manage customer contact information, prospects, and opportunities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience selling in an inside sales environment and/or demonstrated success working with customers
- Post-secondary Business or Technical degree/diploma preferred but not a requirement
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills (bilingual - English and French)
- Excellent administration/computer skills (specifically in Excel and Powerpoint)

Ce poste jouera un rôle important dans le développement des activités nouvelles et existantes afin de soutenir la réalisation des objectifs de vente annuels de la Société. Le représentant des ventes internes doit fournir un soutien aux clients nouveaux et existants et augmenter les ventes de l'entreprise par les moyens suivants : _- Développer des relations d’affaires avec les comptes inactifs pour les réactiver;
- Contacter et maintenir toutes les communications avec les clients dans le territoire assigné;
- Développer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires par la prospection téléphonique et les recommandations.

RESPONSABILITÉS_- Gérer et augmenter les ventes pour un territoire assigné à partir d’un poste de travail situé aux bureaux de Samuel à Lachine, Québec;
- Recueillir des informations sur la concurrence et le marché sur le terrain pour le développement commercial et la gestion des ventes afin d'orienter la stratégie de marché;
- Préparer et émettre la documentation relative aux devis, aux commandes et aux rapports d'appel de ventes;
- Saisir les commandes des clients dans le système d’exploitation de Samuel;
- Support et suivi de la connaissance des produits, de la documentation ou des demandes d ’ assistance technique pour les clients récupérés et existants
- Adhérer aux directives de tarification en collaboration avec le directeur régional et le directeur des ventes;
- Qualifier les clients actuels pour de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Identifiez les entreprises à risque et signalez les résultats aux représentants ou à la direction;
- Gérer les coordonnées des clients, les prospects et les opportunités via le système Microsoft Dynamics CRM
