This is the story of our ideal Guest Experience Coordinator.
As our full-time Guest Experience Coordintaor, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, clients, and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our family-like culture.
**Responsibilities**: Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering calls, providing administrative support, creating a warm environment, and connecting the team. Welcoming guests involves greeting all visitors with a friendly smile, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive, and providing necessary information or directing them to the appropriate person or department. Managing a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate team members, and answering inquiring with warmth and professionalism are crucial aspects of answering calls. Administrative support in all areas that are needed. Creating a warm environment requires maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, offering refreshments to guests, and ensuring their comfort while they wait. Lastly, connecting the team involves fostering a sense of community among employees, being the go-to person for office-related questions and concerns.
