As a rapidly growing organization, ServIS Inc. is seeking a career-driven IT Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong background in vendor relations, helpdesk operations, ticketing systems, product procurement and MSP services.
As an Operations Administrator you will be working with vendors, ticketing systems, technical support teams, billing systems, work flows and other key aspects of maintaining our day to day operations.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Organize and maintain vendor accounts and user profiles
- Assist with project management, client meeting minutes/notes
- Product procurement and inventory
- Update documentation (processes, standards, procedures etc)
- Ticketing system maintenance (ticket cleanup, bulk ticket creation, review etc)
- Assist with helpdesk operations
- Maintain operational calendars
- Assist with deliveries, shipping,
- Assist with sales proposals
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding support staff
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in ticketing systems
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working with vendor websites, user account maintenance, ticket escalation etc
- Minimum 2-3 years experience updating support related documentation
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a technical support related environment
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with Microsoft Office product suite (Teams, Outlook,Word,Excel)
- Ability to work in high paced work environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Technical support experience is an asset
- Flexible and able to work weekends and/or afterhours if required
- Alberta Drivers license
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
