**About the Role**

Regional Property Services Inc (RPSI), a division of the Regional Group of Companies, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Student to join our team as a Property Management Administrator. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management and administrative support, contributing to the efficient operation of our department.

**Key Responsibilities**

General Administrative Support:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Data Entry and Document Preparation:

- Update Yardi with lease and insurance documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Electronic file clean up.
- Filing of plans and drawings.
- Scanning and filing.

Other Duties:

- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**About You.**
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Office Management, or a similar field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative or office experience from a co-op placement is an asset.
- A high level of motivation and eagerness to learn, along with adaptability and flexibility.
- Professionalism, dependability, and effective time management skills.
