Join our dynamic team at Paul Davis Edmonton, a leading insurance-based disaster restoration company situated on the north side of Edmonton. We're currently seeking skilled individuals to fill the role of Disaster Restoration Team Lead.

Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for dependable, punctual, and motivated individuals who can take charge of leading a team of Restoration Technicians. As a Team Lead, you'll need to be adaptable to changing work environments, always prioritizing health and safety. Reporting directly to our Warehouse Manager, you'll receive clear instructions and guidance to ensure tasks are executed accurately. Expect some out-of-town assignments and regular overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute restoration tasks according to work orders.
- Conduct demolitions of affected areas as instructed.
- Handle packing, listing, cleaning, and disposal of contents and furniture, often involving heavy lifting.
- Safely utilize tools, equipment, and chemicals for assigned tasks.
- Manage removal, transportation, and disposal of debris, including hazardous materials.
- Conduct water extraction and structural drying in dwellings.
- Perform all duties while prioritizing safety for yourself, team members, and homeowners.
- Be available to respond to 24-hour emergency calls while on-call.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with additional overtime as needed. Team Leads participate in a rotating on-call schedule and must be responsive when required.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s license and clean criminal record.

Upon successful completion of probation, eligible for Health/Dental/Vision Benefits.

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
