Our Co-op/Intern Programming is offered with select Co-op and Internship roles, and is designed to help you better understand the TD business, build on critical career capabilities, and broaden your professional network. This program is designed to complement your on-the job experience and features:Leadership talks with key Leaders from across the organizationLunch and Learns on topics such as InnovationDiversity and Inclusion and Personal Branding and so much moreJob DescriptionProvide a broad range of analysis and/or project support in the development of business programs, including processes and procedures development and monitoring. Contribute to the business mandate though research and analysis, content curation, and design recommendations for a specialized business and/or function. Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment and review of business programs and initiatives Provide input to managers and business leaders through conducting analytics and driving insights Develop and maintain program documentation and communication materials in conjunction with key partners Liaise with various partners and stakeholders in the resolution of business program issues Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity Support the development / delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience Conduct reporting and

/ or meaningful analysis at the functional or enterprise level using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest Keep manager informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities RequirementsCurrent enrollment in a relevant post-secondary programProficient with MS Office SuiteStrong communications skills with positive personality and willingness to accept challengesA strong analytical mind with attention to detail and desire to learn and growAssigned Line of Business RequirementsPlease note that the line of business that you are assigned to may require specific skills not mentioned in this postingAdditional InformationLOCATION: Toronto, ON.
