5-7 plus years of experience in family enterprise consulting for businesses and Enterprise/ private clientsFEA Designation or FFI accreditedPrior Human resources, coaching, conflict management, organizational development or management consulting experience is an assetPrior Leadership experience, leading family enterprise/family business related client engagements and teamsMaster's degree/post graduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, or related field.Prior experience with writing thought leadership/articles, writing detailed
