**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ? **System Administrator, Ticketing Solutions**

Under the supervision of the Product Owner, Ticketing Solutions, the Administrator, Ticketing System is responsible for collecting, reviewing, maintaining and inputting accurate data into Ticketmaster's programming systems (Archtics, Host, Account Manager). The Administrator, Ticketing System works closely with other Administrators and stakeholders from all other relevant departments to ensure all ticketing needs are delivered accurately and efficiently. Finally, the Administrator, Ticketing System is the point person for all Ticketmaster related issues. Here are some of your responsibilities:

- Ensure general administration and maintenance of the ticketing system
- Support all departments from ticketing planning through to execution and ongoing support and maintenance
- Act as link between Ticketmaster and Tennis Canada
- Manage all ticketing setup
- Seating manifest - Build Performances/Packages/Other products - Rollovers - Packages setup - Prices - Promo Codes -Taxes & Fees - GL Codes - Dynamic pricing - Call lists - Delivery methods - Ticket printing
- Box Office setups (technical aspect) for all Tennis Canada events
- Sobeys Stadium Reception Box Office (technical aspects).
- Prepare reports and lists involving ticketing system data and customers;
- Participate in giving Ticketmaster training of Tennis Canada employees
- Manage internal departments with ticketing requests or any other resquests

**WHO YOU ARE ?**
- College Diploma in Computer Science or Business administration
- 1-4 years of work experience with professional event ticketing and/or customer management system (Archtics an asset)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to maintain efficiency while working under multiple, strict and tight deadlines
- Demonstrate motivation and initiative
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, and PowerPoint)
