**Who Are We Looking for at 365 iT SOLUTIONS?**

Currently with 100+ clients and a staff of approximately 22 employees, 365 iT Solutions is looking for a high-energy, hands-on **Account Coordinator.**

In this farmer role, you will be supporting our existing sales team and managing your assigned list of accounts. Acting with both speed and tact, you ensure clients objectives and goals are met within timelines and communicate with internal teams and managers when a challenge arises. Through learning 365iT’s client base, products, services, and offerings, you embody our core values by ensuring client needs are not only met but exceeded.

**What Are the Responsibilities?**
- Handles sales, editorial, and advertising accounts
- Perform consistently all functions related to processing quotes, project escalations, client requests and inquiries, and place orders for new hardware from vendors/distributors.
- Monitor sales board ticketing system to ensure timely responses to client’s requests.
- Maintain open opportunities and quotes for clients and ensure follow up is completed in compliance with SLA’s
- Ensure consistent follow up on quotes, determine if or when quotes can be won or closed out or when a decision date needs to be altered to support forecast compliance.
- Actively seeks opportunities to collaborate and support other departments with initiatives that will improve client experience.
- Performs administrative support to the sales, projects and service team as required to support customer accounts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
