This position is responsible to ensure outcome oriented, person centred services for people with intellectual disabilities.. The Manager will also perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll and financial responsibilities and is required to be part of an on call rotation.

**We will count on you to**:

- Initiate the gathering of information needed from people we serve and their support networks, to gain an understanding of strengths, needs and goals.
- Provide leadership to employees by implementing strategies that foster on-going opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with families and support networks.
- Ensure that all required financial documentation is completed and remitted in a timely manner, reporting discrepancies according to policy.

**Qualifications and experience we are looking for**:

- Degree in Social Sciences and / or Disability and Community Support Diploma is preferred.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position related to services for persons living with an intellectual disability an asset.
- Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

The successful applicant will be asked to provide a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and both a Child and Adult Abuse Registry check upon hire at their own expense.
