Front Office Receptionist

Currently we are looking for a motivated, energetic individual to assist in administration for our company.
This position is a full time position **Tuesday to Saturday 9 to 5:30.**
The responsibilities for this position are:
- Answering phones as well as greeting customers
- Retrieving mail and distributing
- Coordinate customs paperwork. Processing trucks through the ACE/ACI programs.
- Maintaining customer deposit reports
- Handling warranties
- Entering invoices and deposits
- Data entry
Skills required: - Excellent written & oral English, - Pleasant phone etiquette - Strong computer skills with Excel and ability to learn new software - Ability to multi-task - Good work ethics & reliability - Willingness to learn - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy especially with numbers

**Salary**: $20.00- $22.00
