We are a professionally managed authorized NAPA repair shop servicing at 4 locations in the Lower Mainland and adjoining areas.

For our expanding needs we require an office Administrator responsible for a results-oriented approach to vehicle repairs by performing the following duties:

- Maintaining Filing systems
- Filing invoices, data entry, payables
- Preparing payroll
- Maintain &update bookkeeping records
- Creating files for customers
- Preparing files for payment
- Any other administrative task that may be assigned

**Technical skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Extremely dependable and punctual
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry skills

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
