Administrative Coordinator

Reporting to the Nu-Fab Building Products General Manager, this position will greet all clients and process incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner and assist in the organization and flow of the Nu-Fab office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Entering A/R invoicing and A/P
- Answer calls and directs requests to appropriate people
- Entering receiving documents promptly in Bistrack
- Assist sales reps in administrative duties as required
- Assisting in sales transactions
- Ordering of office supplies
- Electronic scanning of documents
- Disperse and distribute incoming mail
**Qualifications**:
- Friendly and welcoming personality with a professional approach and a positive attitude
- High degree of accuracy and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of building material terminology an asset
- Proficient with computers
- Knowledge of Excel, Bistrack, and Mitel phone system an asset
- Continuous Improvement mind set
- 1-2 years of general office experience
- Professional demeanor
