**Position Overview**:
As a Client Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a critical role in ensuring their experience with our clinic is seamless and supportive. You will manage client accounts, manage billings and payments, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with our team to support clients with sensitive emotional needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, bookings, billing and payments, and account management.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and be able to work in a busy environment.
- Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Manage schedules and appointments using JaneApp, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with client onboarding, providing information about clinic services
and policies.
- Address client concerns empathetically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support sales efforts by providing clients with information on available services and packages.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is an asset.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of local working experience in Vancouver.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Familiarity with JaneApp or similar scheduling software is essential.
- Ability to work with clients who may be experiencing sensitive emotions or distress.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
