**Administrative Clerk**

Active Automated Doors, an Ottawa based Automated Door services organization with an established customer base and 25+ years of experience in the services industry is currently seeking an Administrative Clerk.

**Administrative Clerk Job Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a weekly payroll for employees
- Perform bookkeeping functions on a daily basis using financial software (accounts receivable, accounts payable, month end balancing, financial reports and collections ect
- Maintain an accurate invoice system using prescribed software.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answer the telephone, schedules meetings, and supports visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

**Work Hours & Benefits**
- 35 Hours a week (9:00-4:00)
- Salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 Annual salary will be based on experience
- 3 Weeks vacation (1 week for Xmas holidays - 2 weeks during the year)

- Administrative assistant experience

- Valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
