**This position is a hybrid role based in Winnipeg, MB or remote in Toronto, ON.**

**Summary of Position**- The Scheduler/Coordinator creates, modifies, and manages project implementation and field service schedules and is responsible for coordinating to ensure availability of equipment for installations of Pouch and Vial (P/V), RxWorks and MedSelect products in support of field and client support team.

**Essential Functions**:

- Schedule equipment & parts delivery to customer sites for installation; coordinate with manufacturing & logistics.
- Coordinate and schedule field service operations including 3rd party support in accordance with material, equipment, and labor availability.
- Asset Management: Adding and updating assets into Salesforce (CRM).
- Maintain schedule of customer device relocation (uninstall & reinstall) and recertification.
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met for installations.
- Relocations - MedSelect & P/V- Carekinesis-
- PharMerica- MPC Maintenance, P/V Template Maintenance & CCB Rep.
- Scheduling Site Surveys for P/V, RxWorks and MedSelect.
- Customer Folder Set-up
- SmartSheet
- Asset Creation

- Production P/V
- Must display a high standard of accuracy when performing data entry tasks.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ideal: experience with Salesforce, Epicor, Smartsheet, Concur ADP, ProntoForms/True Context
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; French language skills would be an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage aggressive timelines and pay close attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including high energy level, maturity, and creativity.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Strong initiative; self-starter, demonstrated energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong ability to multi-task, lead multiple projects, work effectively in fast paced environment under pressure.
- Willingness to set and maintain a high standard of performance.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with standard ERP systems.
