**JOB PURPOSE**:
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Finance team.

**Please note this is a 3 month contract position.**

**KEY JOB FUNCTIONS / ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the Finance department including:

- Maintaining electronic filing in Sentryfile for AR & AP Invoices
- Assisting AR & AP as needed:

- Weekly Payment Runs
- Pulling invoices for payment runs
- Checking payment runs
- Matching the payment slip with the invoices after payment is processed
- Coding of Freight Invoices:

- Data Entry into Workflow Software
- Sending to appropriate manager for approval
- Data entry and preparation of various documentation requests
- Assisting other departments as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time constrained tasks
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills / team orientation
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Personal value set that corresponds with Conestoga's company values
