We’re looking for a Customer Care Pre-Sale Specialist. The work location for this position is Fort Worth, Texas, and is considered a fully onsite role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate in a telephone-based high-volume contact center to receive customer enquiries and assist customers with their ability to use all of Ritchie Bros. service
- Manage and maintain our customers’ ability to bid in both onsite and online auctions
- Ensure that internal and external customers have a positive experience doing business with Ritchie Bros.
- Answer customer questions pertaining to website navigation, member accounts and various auction-related topics
- Manage and escalate customer complaints or process failures
- Ensure that requests from internal and external customers are acted upon timely and accurately
- Perform various other customer care duties as needed
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a high-volume customer contact center would be preferred
- Fluent English language skills
- Spanish or French language skills would be a plus
- Flexibility in schedule is a must.
