**Job Overview**:
As our Building Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall positive experience of everyone who enters our building. This position is part-time, with competitive compensation and flexible hours to accommodate your lifestyle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance.
- Garbage and recycling collection and removal (inside and outside).
- Keep all common areas, offices, and facilities clean, orderly, and presentable.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Assist in setting up and tearing down events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform light maintenance tasks on the property.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the building and grounds in all respects.
- Perform related duties as required for the daily operations of the site.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
- Experience working in large buildings or commercial properties is a plus.
