Our operations are vertically integrated, encompassing land acquisition, construction, finance, design, marketing, sales, leasing, and property management. **Responsibilities**:

- Understand and communicate details on building layouts, general building details, policies regarding New Home Warranty, and Strata related information.
- Understand purchaser contract obligations, send correspondence, set appointments, update schedules for appointments, oversee homeowner completions, and liaise with sales as needed.
- Liaise with Customer Care Team to conduct quality control inspections of each unit in preparation for purchaser walkthroughs
- Update and maintain deficiency list, schedules to meet target completion dates by managing trades and 3rd parties while liaising with Construction.
- Physically prepare the home for homeowner Key pick up by conducting in-person checking within the building, including any final missed cleaning, placing gifts, tumbling keys, miscellaneous building and homeowner related tasks.
- Coordinate and track ordering of materials, obtaining quotes and confirming scopes of work, issuing purchaser orders, organizing gift boxes and purchaser keys
- Ensure excellent customer experience during orientation appointment, move in, and post completion.
- General and administrative duties and special projects as required by the Customer Care team.

**Qualifications and Knowledge**:

- Previous experience with residential construction, real estate, or sales required.
- Post-Secondary and diploma/certificate in business or construction field an asset.
- Experience using MS Office suite, Adobe, and other Construction or sales related software. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Outlook.
- Experience using Industry related CRM systems such as Salesforce is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, and other construction related documents.
- Superior organizational, critical thinking, and time management skill in order to prioritize workload.
- Proven effective communication skills (verbal and written); able to communicate with a variety of people and groups.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and be challenged.
- Positive and upbeat attitude with strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient language skills in Cantonese or Mandarin would be considered an asset but not a requirement.
