One of the top ranked Real Estate Offices in Vancouver, is looking for a CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR EXTRAORDINAIRE to join our team Must have incredible customer service skills, be extremely detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starting, deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving higher levels of success, and to growing your own skills and developing into a supportive leader within our Real Estate Office. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing the administrative side of the team' business to our standards with maximum efficiency, unprecedented care and unmatched client service.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing concierge level service to our clients and customers
- Coordinate lead generation/follow-up/conversion/performance tracking
- Need to be highly motivated and coachable.
- Must be willing to take on the responsibilities of this position with honesty, integrity, confidentiality, commitment, and a sense of ownership.
- Coordinating/attending photo shoots
- Managing all showing requests for listings
- Connecting with sellers/tenants
- Assigning a team members to host showings
- Coordinate open house schedules and agents to host open houses
- Picking up deposit cheques
- Preparing and delivering client gifts
- Coordinating possessions with clients and cooperating agent
- Attending home inspections
- Occasionally organizing junk removal, repair person, and or cleaners
- Design marketing materials for listings
- Hang for sale and sold signs
- Organizing buyers tours
- Organizing and running client events
- Managing client databases
- Occasionally light admin work

- Experience/Education/Training:

- Real Estate experience is preferred but not required.
- University or College level education
- Knowledge of current real estate technology, tools, CRMs, social media, and forms software is an asset

**MANDATORY: Must possess a valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Tuesday - Saturday
- 11am-7pm
