**Responsibilities**
- Create new customer proposals for sales; prepare quotes for customers; maintain customer records.
- Manage customer data including customer information accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
- Punjabi & English is must.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Insurance office: 1 year (required)
- Insurance or investment: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English and punjabi (required)

Work Location: In person
