Cypruss Contracting Inc. is looking to grow its administrative construction team We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to handle administrative tasks as well as overall office administration management.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

  • Create and manage accurate documentation in both hard copy and digital spaces for various business needs (including but not limited to vendor invoices, receipts, statements, purchase orders, job reports, contracts, human resource documentation, health and safety, general office requirements, etc.)
  • Data entry and database upkeep in Quickbooks, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Office 36
  • Assist with coordination of internal forces including documentation
  • Assist with daily coordination of project tasks with senior staff
  • Assist with the ordering of job materials
  • Office Management including filing, ordering supplies, and office upkeep
  • Other related tasks relating to office administration and general administration

JOB KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Moderate use of Quickbooks Enterprise required
  • Proficient in Office 365 including Sharepoint, Outlook, Onedrive, Word, Excel, Project is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with company employees, clients, vendors, subcontractors
  • Familiarity with ICI construction administration, construction methods, systems & materials is an asset
  • Ability to understand and interpret contract documents, shop drawings, and specifications is an asset
  • Be familiar with subcontractor contracts including scopes of work, exclusions, clauses, and limitations.
  • Dependable, reliable and professional conduct all required

$20.00-$22.00 per hour
