**About the Role**
- Logistics Coordination:_
- Negotiate fair rates from authorized carriers and communicate costs to and timelines to Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving, and Production.
- Work with Production, Customer Service and Shipping/Receiving to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Communicate effectively with driver/carrier dispatch to arrange shipments and delivery dates.
- Utilize carrier portals to book appointments and coordinate shipments for pickup and delivery.
- Track and communicate delivery information to Production and Sales.
- Proactively communicate possible concerns and delays to the appropriate parties.
- Work quickly and effectively to resolve problems that may occur.
- Complete and coordinate all international import & export documentation, track clearances and liaise with Customs Agents as necessary.
- Accurately record shipping tracking information in ERP.
- Provide updates to sales on order and shipment status as required.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs.
- Complete shipping invoice information and provide to Accounting.
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to assist with proper receiving and storage of materials and products into RWCP facilities and shipping out of RWCP facilities.
- Customer Service Administration:_
- Support customers and prospective customers by being point of contact for questions and general inquiries.
- Review customer orders and advise on due dates and inventory/product availability.
- Respond to requests for customer-provided forms and inventory status requests.
- Provide images/products/samples for customers as required.
- Complete customer order tracing and provide order status reports as requested by customers.
- Provide proactive communication with external customers on order status.
- Address customer P.O. extension requests.
- Review and advise claim submissions.
- Respond to online customer requests for direct sales.
- Complete customer portal management - access all customer portals to update item listings, price changes, and de-listings.
- Administer customer guidelines and identify requirements/compliance, understanding and internal distribution/explanation and order processing work instructions.
- Enter business closure information in customer portals when notifications received.
- Monitor and maintain shared inboxes as assigned.
- Participate in internal weekly customer service meetings.
