To help ensure our continuous growth in North America we are looking for a Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join our newly established office in St. The scope of responsibilities will range from administrative tasks to mainly logistics- and import handling at several ports of entry, customer service and order handling in a flexible, friendly, and dynamic environment.
Coordinate and ensure onwards logistics with our service-providers, business partners, and suppliers
Process and coordinate inside sales including accurate and precise order entry, invoicing, account management, hands-on allocation of inventory, and scheduling of pick-ups and deliveries
Assist in administrative tasks such as G/L reconciliations, account balance monitoring and more.
Receive and handle orders coming into our warehouse (sometimes over the weekends)
Post-secondary education in either logistics, sales or accounting is a criteria
Experience in an administrative role e.g. in logistics and/or sales
Skilled in IT here including excel, outlook and used to working in an ERP system with an eye out for details is a must.
An understanding of the Horticultural industry and / or experience in a similar role will be an asset but not a requirement
Must possess a valid driver’s license (G)
