**Résumé des fonctions**
**Principales responsabilités**
- Parfaire ses connaissances en ce qui concerne les besoins en talents de différents groupes et équipes du CN
- Établir et maintenir des relations de collaboration avec les responsables de l’embauche pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de personnel, offrir une expertise sur les tendances du marché et faire des recommandations d’embauche
- Travailler de façon continue à établir et à maintenir un solide bassin de talents pour des recherches diverses et complexes en exploitant de nombreuses plateformes
- Gérer le processus concernant les offres d’emploi, y compris la prolongation et la négociation d’offres
- Collaborer avec les équipes Acquisition de talents et Ressources humaines, et échanger avec elles des connaissances et les meilleures pratiques
- Agir à titre d’ambassadeur ou d’ambassadrice au sein de l’équipe Acquisition de talents
- S’assurer que les pratiques de recrutement et d’embauche sont conformes aux politiques de l’entreprise et aux règlements gouvernementaux
**Conditions de travail**
Ce poste prévoit des conditions de travail standard dans un bureau et un horaire de travail normal du lundi au vendredi. En raison de la nature du travail, la personne titulaire du poste doit être en mesure de respecter des échéanciers serrés, de travailler efficacement sous pression et de gérer le stress.

Recrutement
Expérience en recrutement d’au moins 2 ans dans le milieu corporatif
Formation, certification et désignation
Baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou l’équivalent
Compétences
Collaborer avec les principaux intervenants internes pour augmenter la productivité
Tirer parti de la rétroaction et du coaching afin d’améliorer la performance
Inspirer les autres par des communications efficaces et s’adapter à son auditoire
Assurer la gestion de projets et du temps
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral et à l’écrit
Communiquer des renseignements pertinents au sein des fonctions afin que les tâches soient exécutées efficacement
Utiliser le raisonnement analytique pour faire des recommandations en vue d’obtenir des résultats durables
