Our flagship product, the V-One, is a multi-functional desktop PCB printer that was designed for rapid prototyping and education in traditional, rigid electronics.

**About the Job**
- Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap for Voltera’s products & services, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and support the product team, clearly defining team processes, roles & responsibilities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, translating these insights into actionable product strategies with clear ROI.
- Organize cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure that product specifications meet customer requirements and quality standards.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with target customers.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and profitability.
- Engage with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies and plans as needed to achieve business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

**About You**
- **Product Management Experience**:7-10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.
- **Product Strategy Development**: Experience developing and executing multi-product strategies, aligning the product roadmap with business goals.
- **Visionary Leadership**: Ability to create and communicate a compelling product vision across teams and stakeholders.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Experience using data to drive product decisions. Ability to analyze data from KPIs, market trends, and customer feedback to guide strategy.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Ability to advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are represented throughout the product development process.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience with hardware products and extremely comfortable with the development life cycle.
- **Financial Acumen**: Understanding of financial metrics like P&L, ROI, and COGS and their impact on product strategy and development.

**Nice to haves**:

- Experience operating in a niche industry.
- Post-secondary education in a technical field with an MBA or business degree is a plus.
- Expertise in Asana or similar project management tools.

**Working Conditions**
- This is an in-office position, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement after 3 months.
- Occasional international travel to tradeshows or customer facilities will be required.
