**POSITION TITLE: Project Coordinator**

Empipe Infrastructure Group has been specializing in trenchless wastewater systems inspection, maintenance and rehabilitation since 2007. **Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to**:
- Assist Project Management team with end to end project management and coordination in order to deliver on services sold:
- Work collaboratively with the Sales, Operations and Field departments
- Analyze specifications and construction drawings and complete/participate in completing construction plan, construction schedule, material quantity takeoffs, material purchase orders and subcontracts
- Attend internal coordination and project meetings as requested/required
- Initial setup, data entry and system updates in various software platforms including Procore
- Implement communication protocol for each project and liaise with Field Supervisors and Field Support Coordinators on a regular basis
- Participate in site visits and review pre-bid videos and maps in order to effectively plan for upcoming jobs
- Obtain various forms and certificates including insurance, WSIB/WCB clearance, Form 1000 etc. as required by the contract
- Provide all necessary information to Compliance as needed
- Complete traffic plans, RODARS and PDO requests and submit to appropriate authority as needed
- Create and maintain and tracking spreadsheets (transfers)
- Create and maintain database of dump sites, water stations, towing and service centers for job locations
- Determine and arrange crew hotel, flight and rental vehicle/equipment accommodations as needed
- Provide required information and documentation to the field in order to complete daily deliverables
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Senior Project Manager to communicate adjustments and progress
- Review crew project paperwork and deliverables for quality control purposes
- Daily project tracking on assigned jobs including revenue reporting, completed vs. outstanding scope, uploaded videos from daily backup
- Verify, compile and deliver the client deliverable either in hard copy format or via electronic transfer
- Track, prepare and deliver progress payment details and backup documents to Accounting
- Answer inquiries to resolve discrepancies with accounting for billing purposes
- Other duties as assigned and as related to the role
**Job Details**
- Work is done primarily in the office, with occasional travel to job sites/client offices as required
**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Detail oriented with excellent record keeping, reporting and documentation skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and process a high volume of incoming information at once
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programs; particularly Excel
- Adaptable with the ability to learn new concepts easily
- Excellent time management skills
**Minimum Requirements**
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience with construction contracts and tenders
- Proficiency with MS Suite, particularly excel
**Ideal Skills and Experience**
- Experience with Procore software platform
- Sewer and watermain industry experience
- Education in the fields of civil engineering or construction management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
