Les chauffeurs SWDS sont responsables de livrer les produits aux clients des magasins Sherwin-Williams en utilisant les fourgonnettes ou les camionnettes de l'entreprise.

Les chauffeurs s'assurent que les livraisons sont complètes, emballées correctement et livrées en toute sécurité au bon client. Les chauffeurs sont responsables pour la satisfaction du client et pour le transport des articles en toute sécurité et sans délai.

- Les décisions de rémunération dépendent des faits et circonstances de chaque cas, et cela affectera le montant de la rémunération réelle à l’intérieur de la fourchette salariale. La fourchette salariale indiquée pour ce poste prend en considération le grand éventail de facteurs considérés pour prendre des décisions de rémunération, incluant l’ensemble des compétences; l’expérience et la formation; le permis d’exercice et les certifications; et d’autres besoins d’entreprise ou organisationnels. La fourchette estimée déclarée n’a pas été ajustée pour l’emplacement géographique différent de l’endroit où le poste pourrait être comblé.- L’information sur la fourchette salariale, les autres formes de rémunération, et les avantages sociaux indiqués sont exactes au moment de cette publication. - Charger les commandes des clients sur le camion correctement.
- S'assurer que les formulaires appropriés sont remplis.
- Livrer les marchandises au client en toute sécurité et à l'heure.
- Entretenir le véhicule du magasin et alerter le superviseur des besoins de réparation et d'entretien.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches au besoin, y compris les tâches d'entrepôt, teinter et mélanger les commandes des clients et aider les clients dans nos magasins de peinture.

**Qualifications essentielles pour ce poste**:

- Être âgé de 17 ans ou plus.
- Permis de conduire valide et sans restriction.
- Être légalement autorisé(e) à travailler dans le pays pour lequel vous postulez pour un emploi sans maintenant ou à l'avenir nécessitant un parrainage pour le statut de visa d'emploi.
- Être capable de prendre le matériel sur les tablettes et sur le plancher, de soulever et de transporter des charges allant jusqu’à 50 livres avec ou sans accommodation raisonnable.
- Avoir la capacité d’opérer un ordinateur et de communiquer par téléphone avec ou sans accommodation raisonnable. Capacité de lire, d’écrire et de communiquer en français.
- Expérience dans un poste de livraison, de vente au détail ou de service à la clientèle.
- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou une certification comparable (ex. : DEP).
- Capacité de parler une deuxième langue.
