**Le chauffeur / représentant du service sur le terrain** est responsable de la livraison, du ramassage, de l'entretien et du nettoyage du matériel médical Arjo utilisé en location par les hôpitaux et les maisons de soins infirmiers.

Ce poste impliquera la conduite locale à destination et en provenance des établissements médicaux de la région de Montréal à l'aide de véhicules d'entreprise.

**Les fonctions quotidiennes comprennent les éléments suivants**:

- Préparer le matériel médical et la documentation pour la livraison
- Charger et décharger du matériel médical
- Traiter les documents de livraison et de cueillette au besoin
- Nettoyer et désinfecter le matériel médical selon les normes de qualité
- Présenter le plus haut niveau d'étiquette client dans toutes les interactions patient / client

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Un diplôme d'études secondaires ou un diplôme d'études secondaires est requis
- Expérience dans un poste de conduite / livraison est un atout
- Expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle de première ligne est un atout
- DOIT AVOIR un dossier de conduite propre

The **_Driver / Field Service Representative_** **is responsible for the delivery, pick up, maintenance and cleaning of Arjo medical equipment that is used on rental basis by hospitals and nursing homes.

This position will involve local driving to and from Montreal area medical facilities using company vehicles.

**Day-to-day functions include the following**:

- Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery
- Load and unload medical equipment
- Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required
- Clean and disinfect medical equipment to quality standards
- Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in a driving/delivery position is an asset
- Experience in a front-line customer-service role is an asset
- MUST HAVE clean driving record
