Job Description: Bilingual Customer Associate Support - Brokerage Correspondence Max bill rate : $35/hr CAD minus fees.
- Provide optimal customer service to both the field force, distributors and policyholders: process requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation.
- Translation: from French to English
- Respond to written requests within service standards, - Investigate, research, resolve and make recommendations to ensure the resolution of problems and issues that may arise. This may include liaising with legal, management, other departments as required,

What we are looking for
- Understanding and knowledge of life insurance, - Excellent customer service skills
- ability to maintain self-composure when confronted on issues by demanding or irate customers, - Excellent oral and written skills in English and French a definite requirement. A written test will be administered during the recruitment process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, - Demonstrates good judgment when making decisions, - Able to handle high volumes of work and a variety of tasks at one time, - The ability to work overtime in order to maintain service standards, - Must be able to deal and communicate effectively with all levels of management and professional staff, - Takes initiative, must be a self-starter, - Must be eager to go above and beyond every single day.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Three or more years of customer service - Experience working with organizational functions and personnel - Strong business and analytical problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently

Work Environment
- Work from Home
- May require shift work (8 am to 7pm)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $15.50-$24.04 per hour
