**Position Summary**:
Your strategic mindset will be essential as you collaborate with cybersecurity and risk and compliance owners to guarantee secure external sharing and data collaboration agreements. Additionally, you'll develop, implement, and maintain robust processes, procedures, standards, and methodologies to support JIBC's online capabilities. You'll analyze the technology needs of our organization to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for innovative SharePoint-backed solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online administration/migration.
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate) are an asset
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online governance best practices
- Familiarity with automation and system maintenance through PowerShell scripts etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory integration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and translate business requirements into technical requirements effectively and efficiently.
- Strong collaboration, analytical and report writing skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams, with flexibility for a variety of team dynamics and locations.
- Knowledge of project management, service management, change management methodologies, holding a related designation or demonstrated path to achieving a designation is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to provide ingenuity and innovative solutions when problem solving.
- Maintains a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, including Indigenization. Ensures these principles are embedded throughout all the work we do.

***What JIBC Offers**:
We offer a total compensation package that includes Extended Health and Dental Benefits, and enrollment in the Municipal Pension Plan after six months. In addition, we offer 15 vacation days annually (pro-rated in first year), as well as other generous leave entitlements.
