**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and sales presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

**Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and product catalogs.
- Help organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and social media channels.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain organized files and records of sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and invoices.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professionally spoken and written English and French

**Soutien aux ventes**:

- Aider l'équipe commerciale à préparer des propositions, des devis et des contrats.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les bases de données clients et les systèmes CRM.
- Coordonner et planifier des réunions, des démonstrations et des présentations commerciales.
- Gérer les demandes des clients et les diriger vers le représentant commercial approprié.
- Suivre les prospects et soutenir l'équipe commerciale dans la conversion des prospects en clients.

**Soutien au Marketing**:

- Aider à la création et à la distribution de supports marketing, tels que des brochures, des bulletins d'information et des catalogues de produits.
- Aider à organiser et à gérer des salons professionnels, des expositions et d'autres événements marketing.
- Effectuer des recherches de marché pour identifier les tendances, les activités des concurrents et les préférences des clients.
- Aider à la mise à jour du site web de l'entreprise et des chaînes de médias sociaux.
