Property Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of our residential buildings in Delson. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal management of the building, providing high-level customer service, and coordinating with the regional director to develop and implement action plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement action plans to maximize rental performance
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team providing services to the building and ensure the full execution of services at all times
  • Collect rents and manage deposits according to established standards
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices
  • Manage the budget and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants
  • Provide exemplary quality of maintenance for customers, property spaces, and systems
  • Manage apartment renovations according to the program established by regional management
  • Work with regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant discipline, or 3-5 years of experience in multi-housing or real estate
  • Natural focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Sales/marketing orientation
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis, business plan creation, and execution
  • Bilingualism is an asset
