**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Investor Relations and Communications (Primary Focus)**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to increase the company’s brand visibility and engage stakeholders.
- Create and manage content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and social media.
- Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring website content is engaging, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Plan and coordinate events such as quarterly earnings calls, webinars, investor roadshows, conferences, and Investor Days.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with analysts, investors, and stakeholders to promote positive coverage.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to leadership.
- Manage the dissemination of news releases and ensure compliance with Investor Relations communication standards.

**Board and Executive Support (Secondary Focus)**:

- Assist in preparing board and committee meeting materials, including presentations and correspondence.
- Coordinate and organize schedules and briefing materials for meetings with the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
- Support leadership with the preparation of reports, decks, and other communication tools.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or equivalent for creating branding and marketing materials.
- Experience in investor relations, communications, and preferably within the energy sector or a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the oil and gas industry, including knowledge of its regulatory environment, is an asset but not mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel to London, Toronto, and Trinidad as needed to support investor and stakeholder events.
