**Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**
- This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales professional who is looking for a sales career to take to the next level
- Maintain a high volume of revenue driving activity
- Drive search revenue performance and exceptional advertiser satisfaction for the mid-sized App clients in industry
- Partner with Account Management team to meet or exceed revenue and targets for named customers, including prospecting and identification of new customers for Ads
- Lead the development and maintenance of an effective Account Plan in partnership with broader account team
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts into the territory within the Commercial Mid Market segment
- Prospect, cold call and develop new business relationships within a specific geographic region and company size
- Provide strategic advice and consultative approach to help our prospects get the best recognition program for their business
- Maintain a stellar relationship with peers and external stakeholder
- Contribute to root cause analyses on wins/losses.
- Communicate lessons learned to the team, including account executives, the marketing team, and the ASO team.
- Take ownership of your book of business
- document the buying criteria

- document next steps and owners
- ensure pipeline accuracy based on evidence and not hope
- Contribute to documenting improvements in our sales handbook.
- Provide account leadership and direction in the pre
- and post-sales process
- Be the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas

**Performance Indicators**

As with all roles in the Sales Department the Account Executive, Mid-Market participates in the Sales KPIs..

**Requirements**:

- Previous Mid-Market outbound tech sales experience & establish network in tech industry is a must
- Track record of responsibility and success; 5 years professional level experience in B2B outbound sales, business expansion & lead generation.
- Experience working with SaaS, CRM, Hubspot, Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Slack and Asana.
- A true desire to see customers benefit from the investment they make
- Demonstrated progressive experience with IT sales
- Work with MM on Account Executive responsibilities
- Ability to leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for success
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation, presentation and closing skills

- Digital agency experience will be preferred.

**Education and/or Certifications**:
2- or 4-year degree in applicable related field; will consider significant experience in lieu of degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
