**Job Description**:
We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Specialist who will play a pivotal role in our organization. As the HR and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, including recruitment and performance management, as well as managing the timely and accurate processing of payroll using our payroll software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process to ensure the recruitment of talented professionals who align with our organization's values and objectives.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, facilitating the completion of required paperwork, and coordinating training as needed.
- Manage performance processes, conducting periodic reviews, and providing constructive feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and any other relevant documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support in areas such as leave management, benefits administration, and policy interpretation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees on a bi-weekly basis.
- Utilize our payroll software to process payroll, calculate deductions, and maintain payroll records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices related to HR and payroll to ensure compliance and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.
- Familiarity with performance management and conducting employee reviews.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and managing payroll processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including payroll-related legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
