**About the Role**:
The Office Manager plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative and financial support to our team, and ensuring that the work environment is organized and functioning at its best. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys multitasking and has excellent communication skills. The position is part-time, requiring 24 hours per week with mandatory office days on Monday and Wednesday and once a month on Fridays.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Office Management
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and maintaining an organized workspace
- Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors (cleaning, etc.) and service providers
- Maintain office health and safety protocols, including compliance with regulations and managing safety supplies
- Provide general administrative support to staff as required
Finance
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and purchase orders, ensuring timely payments
- Helping to process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Additional financial support as required
Logistics
- Planning, procuring and responsible for having client gifts delivered for onboarding, launches, and special occasions (i.e. Holiday gifts)
- Managing inbound and outbound deliveries
- Assisting with travel bookings for the team and clients
Company Engagement
- Coordinate team events, office meetings, and staff gatherings
- Support in the planning and execution of Company events such community involvement, Summer Party and Holiday Party
**What You’ll Bring To The Role**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or a similar position
- 3+ years of working alongside a dynamic team, ideally in a hybrid office environment
- Ability to proactively identify the needs of a team and independently find practical, creative solutions
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects at once, understanding the value of prioritization and quality delivery
- Familiarity with insurance management, health and safety policies management considered an asset
- Presenting in a clear, concise, and engaging fashion to clients, guests, partners, and vendors alike
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a G level drivers license
- Must have the ability to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
