**Service Appointment Coordinator for Vernon Toyota**

**Position Summary**:
Vernon Toyota is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Service Appointment Coordinator. We are looking for a positive and self-motivated person who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people everyday. The most important requirement of the position is the willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- This is a full-time position 5 days per week, 8 Hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- We offer a competitive compensation package with Extended Benefits after 3 months employment.
- We also offer staff pricing on service and parts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Booking and organizing customer appointments by phone or in person
- Using our company software for booking appointments, generating invoices, customer follow up etc.
- Processing credit card payments and collecting payment for invoices
- Processing and reconciling Toyota Warranty claims
- Reception coverage when needed
- Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department

**Education/Experience**:

- Previous Automotive Industry experience an asset but not required
- Must have Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Basic accounting skills an asset
- Experience using a multi line phone system and computer skills are required
- Able to communicate effectively and courteously to all staff and customers through phone or in person
- Has strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask
- Is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy in their work
- Able to work as a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
