Role Summary:
The Technical Documentation Coordinator will work closely with internal/external customers to support Engineering and Supplier documents to meet the delivery dates for our customers. This candidate will receive, manage, and control documents/drawings using a company database program called DocTrack.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support to Project Managers, Engineering, Expediting, and Supply Chain departments

  • Familiarize themselves with customer submittal requirements.

  • Maintain digital files using the Doctrack software system

  • Build reports using DocTrack describing On-time Delivery (OTD) metrics to the Manager.

  • Communicate and escalate supplier issues.

  • Responsible for (MDB) Manufacturing Data Book

  • Assembly/Interface with GTEC and hard copy book

Experience/Skills

  • HS Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of document control experience

  • Must have general computer experience (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be self-motivated, accurate, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and escalate issues before deadlines are missed


The pay range for this position is 22.81 - 34.28 USD Hourly
