**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in full-cycle recruitment efforts.
- Working closely with the hiring manager to create job descriptions across Canada.
- Help employees navigate their extended health and benefits, oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Onboarding new employees, assist in performance management, role development, and employee exits
- Assist with issue resolution, employee conflict, and requests for policy changes
- Be one of the points of contact for HR company policies, guidelines, and procedures as well as all British Columbia and Provincial ( Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec) employment standard laws and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of provincial and federal employment law and compliance regulations
- Compile reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets (KPI Turnover)
- Admin/data entry as required
- Maintain records related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Perform file audits to ensure that all the necessary employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Knowledge of ADP would be an asset.
- Knowledge of all functional HR ar, including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee development.
- Strong HR administration skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate numerous activities within a deadline-orientated environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Solid analytic and critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
