The incumbent is responsible for all returns and warranties:
- Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office.
- Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
- Enter data into the AX software's return request form.
- Request authorization for returns from suppliers. Manually complete the appropriate return of merchandise form.
- Research all customer credit requests.
- Supplier return guarantee
- Perform all other related tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.
**Qualifications**
To join our team, you need:
- High school diploma combined with 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Excel, AS400 and a basic understanding of Access software.
- Speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Highly functional spoken English.
