**Description**:
This position is assigned and reports for all day-to-day activities and priorities to the Executive Director, Technology Operations and the Executive Director, Client Support Operations within Technology Services. The duties and accountabilities include schedule management, calendaring, and all other administrative tasks to assist the Executive Directors in their day-to-day duties. This position will also provide backup coverage for the Executive Associate, managing the SOD. You will require excellent organizational skills together with strong critical thinking and analytical judgement that is necessary to make independent decisions where required. You will need to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism as you will be privy to Human Resource and Budget documents at the highest level. This position will be directed on daily tasks and accountabilities by the EDs and will work with other Administrative Assistants in Technology Services, IT and AHS to provide all the administrative functions required by the “Office of” the SOD, EDs and the Technology Services leadership team.

**Required Qualifications**:
Minimum of High School Diploma and a Post-Secondary Diploma, preferably in Office Administration/Management or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting at the senior leadership level. A combination of formal education, training, and experience will be considered.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Excellent knowledge of political sensitivities and the interests of diverse stakeholders. Considerable ability to stay focused, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Ability to work with a high degree of independence. Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and good judgment. Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex senior level meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent work ethic. Attention to detail. Reliability and personal suitability must be demonstrated; Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Ability to form and maintain business relationships across a very large portfolio of IT and clinical stakeholders.
