Madero is a part of the West Four Group of Companies Inc. West Four is a Western Canadian leader in supplying building materials, lumber, doors, hardware, and building specialties. Our brands include Security Building Supplies, Penner Doors & Hardware, Two Six Creative, and WSI Modular with facilities in Edmonton, Regina, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg. Madero is a primary distributor of products in the door and hardware category to lumberyards across all of Western Canada.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Representative to join our growing Madero Winnipeg team. We’re looking for someone who has passion for creating an incredible customer experience with a team-focused mentality, and has a strong desire for a long-term, sales focused growing career within Madero. This person will report to the Sales Manager and Operations Manager.

What will you be doing?

As an Account Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with and build relationships with a customer base throughout Saskatchewan market. You will be responsible for:

- Pursuing and cultivating new business while servicing and fostering our existing customer base.
- Travel throughout Saskatchewan and to trade shows as necessary.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Gaining leads, quoting, detailing orders, follow-ups, and warranty are critical components of this position.
- Effectively represent Madero's interests when dealing with customers, employees, and suppliers.

- Prior experience in Doors, Hardware and Building supplies is helpful, but not required
- A minimum of 5 years of Experience in sales and customer service
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel and meet with customers at their locations.
- Practice safe driving.
