OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

Operations Representative oversees operations, financial performance, training, and guest satisfaction of multiple franchised units across multiple brands. Member effectively communicates, motivates, models, and remove barriers to maximize performance, and develops solutions that drive business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Achieves district quantitative objectives including sales, labor, and COGS.
- Uses P&L, and other appropriate reports, to analyze their business, establish and execute tactics for improvement.
- Plan and conduct store visits to ensure compliance, maintain operational excellence, build relationship, and add value to their business.
- Conduct store audit and operations evaluations to ensure compliance of operating standards and food safety in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Employment Standards Act.
- Utilizes store visit routines as a forum for discussion and coaching.
- Assist with recruitment, staff planning and training.
- Conduct on-going training support
- Liaise between franchisee and home office staff
- Effectively communicates, support and ensure successful rollout and execution of brand initiatives.
- Ensures district consistency in execution of all marketing programs.
- Provide support, training, development, and execution of local store marketing to drive top line sales
- Conducts period and quarterly business reviews to ensure plans are in place to improve performance.
- Demonstrates positive energy by handling and resolving franchisee and customer concerns.
- Demonstrates teamwork. Functions as a team builder and coach; recognizes and eliminates communication barriers.
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and guidance to franchisees, store staff and home office team. Sets example of positive employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of food service industry experience.
- 2+ years of multi-units franchise management experience in QSR/Fast Casual restaurant industry
- Ability to read, speak and comprehend English.
- Minimum Education: 4-year Degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid Driver License and Insurance.
